White Wines

From appetizers to fish, Le Magnolie white wines of the Piave find their perfect spot with connoisseurs of good food. Our selection features several suggestions typical of the Veneto region. Incrocio Manzoni takes its name from its creator Luigi Manzoni, the famous dean of the Oenological School of Conegliano, which used a Pinot Blanc fertilized with Rhine Riesling pollen.

Its bouquet is reminiscent of wild flowers and is able satisfy the most demanding palates. Serve at around 12°C; between meals, for first courses and fish. Pinot Grigio was brought to Italy from France and originates from a Pinot Noir bud mutation, of which it maintains all characteristics except its color. Its natural habitats are alluvial and clay soils.

In Le Magnolie Company, it is vinified as a white, that is, without the skins; for this reason, it has a straw yellow color and an elegant bouquet, fruity when young, with a sun dried hay bouquet. Always serve at 11°C to accompany light hors d’oeuvres and first courses.
