Red Wines

Red wines of the Piave are the ideal to pair with a traditional family lunch and create delicious pairings with first and second courses. Sip by sip, Le Magnolie Red wines conquer a prestigious place at the table. You will notice the ruby color of our red wines with Marasca cherry and wild blackberries bouquet in the Raboso. A rustic, late ripening vine, that adapts to rocky soils and can resist disease. A sharp, tannic and robust product; great if served at 15°C with fatty meats. To better savor it, it should be uncorked a few hours before serving. Cabernet Franc arrived to Italy from France around the mid-nineteenth century and took hold due to its ease of adaptation to the land (the best results are obtained in alluvial areas). With its grassy flavor and high intensity, it can be paired with aged cheeses, roasts, poultry and game. Serve at 17°C or 18°C.
