Soil: Alluvial, loose, draining with bands of clay of medium mixture for the many floods of the river Piave

Vinification: Prolonged maceration of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature
Second fermentation: Charmat method with controlled fermentation in autoclave for about 70 days
Organoleptic profile: Deep ruby red colour, characteristic for its herbaceous taste as a young wine, full-bodied
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Gastronomic combination: Excellent with roasted red meats and wild game. Ideal combined with mature cheeses
