Harvest / Vendemmia period:Carried out by hand, vines producing 150 quintals per hectare.
Vinification method: Long maceration of grapes.Temperature-controlled fermentation.
Organoleptic features: Ruby red, fading to garnet with age. Intense and typical nose.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Serving suggestions: It matches rice-based dishes and pasta with pork and calf meat.
