Production area: From our vineyards in Negrisia
Soil:Alluvial, loose sandy shale topsoil, well drained with the presence of light clay seams deriving from the river Piave floods.
Training technique: Espalier – “Spalliera”
Vine blends: Pinot bianco 100%
Harvest / Vendemmia period: Carried out by hand, vines producing 150 quintals per hectare.
Vinification method: Soft pressing followed by must filtering and then temperature controlled fermentation.
Organoleptic features: Straw yellow colour with greeny hints, delicate perfume of bread and white flowers. Fruity, dry, elegant, spicy hints, lingering lasting aftertaste, refined structured and body.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Gastronomic combination: Excellent served with crustaceans, fish based rice dishes, asparagus with eggs, soft cheeses. Also it is most pleasant as an aperitif wine.
Serving temperature: 10° C
Bottle: 0,75 lt. 0.75 l / 750 ml. Supplied in cartons of 6 or 12 bottles.
