Soil: Alluvial, loose, draining with bands of clay of medium mixture for the many floods of the river Piave
Cultivation: Espalier row
Harvest: Manual, yield 150 q per hectare
Vinification: Soft pressing, cleaning of the must, light maceration followed by fermentation at controlled temperature
Second fermentation: Charmat method with controlled fermentation in autoclave for about 70 days
Organoleptic profile: Pink with purple highlights. Fine and persistent perlage. Delicate and fruity bouquet of cherry, blackberry, pleasantly fresh.
Alcohol content: 11,5% vol.
Gastronomic combination: Aperitif wine, excellent with soft cheeses, ideal to accompany shellfish, seafood risotto and white asparagus
