Training technique: “Spalliera” and Guyot – 2800 plants / hectare
Harvest / Vendemmia period: Mid-October
Vinification method: Following picking and soft pressing, frementation temperature controlled.
Organoleptic features: Delicate perfume of exotic fruit and flowers.Refined and intense with lingering persitent after ste, soft bodied and elegant.
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Serving suggestions: A very drinkable, versatile, all round wine. Goes particularly well with all vegetable based dishes, like purees, soups, vegetarian lasagna and greek moussaka. Also well with herby / spicy cheeses. Finally matches well with dry cakes and biscuits.
Ideal serving temperature: 12°C
Bottle size: 0.75 l / 750 ml. Supplied in cartons of 6 or 12 bottles.
