Estate soil geocomposition: Medium light clayey soil structure contained in a shale and stone skeleton.
Training technique: “Spalliera” and Guyot 2800 plants / hectare
Harvest / Vendemmia period: October
Vinification method: Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon , Cabernet Franc and Raboso. Grapes macerate 15 days.
Organoleptic features: Intense nose of red fruits, spices and liquorice.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Aging: At least 2 years (6 months in barrel).
Serving suggestions: As new it goes well with appetizers or as aperitif; once aged it matches red meats.
Ideal serving temperature: 16°C
Bottle size: 0.75 l / 750 ml. Supplied in cartons of 6 or 12 bottles.
